It was a phone interview. During the interview, the recruiter asked about my licensure status and my eligibility to start work soon. He also addressed my concern of relocating and gave me a brief introduction of the job, company and benefit.

Interview
I applied for a position with RiteStep Rehab and was contacted within a week. Had a short phone interview with the marketing manager and set up an in-person interview that was conducted by the owner. Overall the hiring process was on the easier side. The questions weren't too hard, and the owner personalized the questions based on your resume. They ended up going with someone with a background in healthcare.
