I had a series of interviews at Riskonnect for the Data Analyst role, each building on my skills and fit for the position.
In the first round with Molly Keegan, we discussed my background, technical skills, and logistics like salary expectations and start date. While I didn’t have direct Salesforce experience, I emphasized my familiarity with its components.
The second round with Eric covered both technical and behavioral questions. We discussed my problem-solving approach, tools I’ve used, and how I communicate with seniors. While I answered well, I realized I needed to be more concise and specific in my responses.
In the third round with Brad and Richard, we explored conflict resolution, client communication, and troubleshooting methods. I provided strong examples and asked about company culture, showing my interest in their environment.
Overall they felt I was overqualified for the role. Good process, quick stuff.
