In the first round with Molly Keegan, we discussed my background, technical skills, and logistics like salary expectations and start date. While I didn’t have direct Salesforce experience, I emphasized my familiarity with its components. The second round with Eric covered both technical and behavioral questions. We discussed my problem-solving approach, tools I’ve used, and how I communicate with seniors. While I answered well, I realized I needed to be more concise and specific in my responses. In the third round with Brad and Richard, we explored conflict resolution, client communication, and troubleshooting methods. I provided strong examples and asked about company culture, showing my interest in their environment. Overall they felt I was overqualified for the role. Good process, quick stuff.
