Strangest 'fit' interview I've ever had. Despite my having an academic background in risk analysis, they never once asked about my courses or the models I had learned. Instead, they spent half of the 30-minute interview asking for irrelevant details about my extracurriculars. They told me that they would get back to me in one or two MONTHS about a possible 2nd round...

Interview
Besides the HR screening, there are two rounds of interviews. The hiring managers are very friendly and kind. The entire process takes 2 weeks.
Interview questions are a mixture of technical and behavioral questions. Behavioral questions like: how to deal with conflicts with your colleges; what if you can't finish the job on time.
Interview was smooth. Not much was asked. Just the introduction and about the work. They seemed disinterested since the beginning. It was for campus placement and two people sat for it but nobody got in. Total waste of time.
