Interview
Applied through the LinkedIn and got an email from HR for the next step which was an online assessment.
The assessment was rather easy nothing difficult, it consists of approximately 16 MCQ and one email writing. The topic for the email which I got was something like this, write an email to the employer who had complained that one of their employee received less salary with the difference in some numbers. Now we can't adjust in the system, now without being over apologetic write an email and suggest some solutions ( I am not sure about the exact topic but it was like this).
The assessment went well and the next step was HR screening
it just lasted about 15 minutes, just basic questions. The HR looked uninterested, he just asked 4 to 5 questions and finished it, just completed the formality .
Tho the call went fine, I was not selected.

Once you apply and if you are shortlisted you will get an assessment email where you have to draft an email regarding the pay issue of an employee and there wil be some MCQ questions and once you complete it you will be email for 2nd round that is call with HR in zoom for 15 minutes and then if you get shortlisted you will get an email with the next round of interviews that there will be 2 managers round
Easy and to the point.
Assessment where it asks you to write an email and few aptitude questions.
There are 2-3 interview rounds after that. Screening, department and then the final one with the hiring manager
