Pathetic experience, biased towards teir-3.
I am from a prestigious institute, with 10 years of experience, and my work ex highly identifiable with the JD.
However, after an interaction, even the CV doesnt make it past the HM/TA, who perhaps thanks to their little knowledge and insecurities, either cant comprehend the CV well or are afraid to hire from Teir-1- in an industry riddled with layoffs, everyone is by fair means or foul, making one's position even more secure.
No wonder how more clowns from X,Y,Z college of engineering keep making it to their tech workforces,
and sadly the Rippling US is oblivious to the shenanigans of these wicked TAs and HMs.

Question 1
TA asking-
§. what is that you 've implemented from scratch?
§. (I have an office only in BLR, but I will confuse the Candidate by asking where does he want to work from?)
§. Why do you want to leave? what do you want?
1 phone screen followed by 3 onsite rounds - 1 coding, 1 behavioral, and 1 project deep dive. Questions were pretty straight forward and fair. I did not get the offer though since I was out of practice.

- system design interview
- product design interview; power point with previous project presentation
- behavioural interview
- 2-3 references
Typical process, HR screen then coding round (phone screen). Another coding rounds onsite and a system design. Then a project deep dive and team match.
They allow you to use AI in the coding round, which was strange because its a typical leetcode-style question. Claude was able to one-shot it.
