I was asked to have a phone screening regarding a sourcing position. The person who was supposed to interview me was almost 10 minutes late to the conversation (I had to email them to remind them of our appointment) and I had a hard stop. I asked if they wanted to reschedule, but they wanted to continue - it felt very rushed and frankly unprofessional. They didn't move forward in the interview process and gave no feedback as to why. I am confused as to why this person wouldn't just reschedule with me and give me a fair shot to learn more about the company and tell them my experience. It was a waste of time. Unfortunate, too, because it seems like a cool company with a lot of growth potential.
