From what I know, the interview process can be broken up into three major parts. Part 1 is the pre-screening and filtering of a candidates resume and cover letter. Part 2 is a 30-60 minute phone call interview talking primarily about resume and previous experiences relevant to the job offer. Part 3 is a full day (9 am - 4 pm) in-person interview where they fly you out to their headquarters in Tucson, AZ.
The 30 - 60 minute phone call interview is primarily technically focused on your experience. Talking about relevant projects and job responsibilities and honing in on certain aspects that RINCON is working on such as Geolocation algorithms.
