Interview
I had an initial phone call with an HR manager. After that, I was asked to complete an editing test. I then had a video interview with the HR manager and two senior members of the editorial team.

What appeals to you about editing rather than writing?
It felt more like a conversation than an interview. I enjoyed the interview and the experience even though I didn't receive an offer. It's a good company with admirable values.

Interview
Phone interview, in person interview, 30 min. Skill test, second interview. The in person interviews go into a lot of detail. The staff is very nice however the hiring process needs improvement. The whole process took over 3 months and I found out I did not get the job because I saw that they posted the job again!
