Interview was quick and painless. They were extremely nice and not-intimidating. Essentially they just asked me to tell them about myself and why I wanted to work there. They responded to me with an offer within two days. I accepted the offer and have now been working there for almost two years. I love the environment and although it is a community mental health agency, it is set up to feel like a private practice.
