Interviewed with three members of the senior team. One of them was checking their phone, texting/emailing, yawning, and showing general lack of interview etiquette. The other two interviewers were fantastic, thoroughly engaged and knowledgeable about the organization. I would recommend reviewing proper interview etiquette and general professionalism as this reflects on the leadership team.
