Richmond Community Schools interview questions

Received a phone call from the HR Director with some general screening questions (opinion of the school system) and then to schedule the interview. Was emailed a document with questions about how I would handle different scenarios to be completed and brought to the interview along with an example of a communication that I created in a previous job. Group interview with the Superintendent, Asst. Superintendent, and HR Director. Traditional and behavioral questions and the interview lasted about 1 hour.
