This company makes candidates complete detailed assignments and then rejects them without feedback. I’ve seen several others report the same experience. It feels like they’re using applicants for free work - avoid this company, very unprofessional and possibly a scam.

Recruiter contacted me and did initial phone screen. Next was Phone interview with Hiring Manager - a VP. The interview was good - the hiring Manager highlighted the role, responsibilities and must-haves for the role. The interview had good vibes and overall very good I was invited onsite for an interview set: 3 (1:1) Back-Back Interviews (60 -90 mins each) with a C -level executive, Hiring Manager and a peer. The interviews were all cordial, good information exchange and I left the interviews looking forward for the next steps. The 2 executives seemed experienced interviewers making me comfortable all the while trying to get most information from me to make a better hiring decision. The peer focused more on the generic Product Management questions. After 3.5 hours of interview, I was told by the Recruiter that I'll hear back by them soo. By end of the week - they got back to me with an offer
