I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rhode Island College (Providence, RI) in Jul 2025
Interview
I first completed a prescreen interview with a Talent Acquisition team member via Zoom, followed by an initial interview with the hiring manager, also conducted over Zoom. I was then invited on-site for a full round of in-person interviews with the team. This included a panel interview with three team members, a second interview with two team members, and a final one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. A few days later, I completed a final Zoom interview with the department head. The entire process took approximately two months, and communication was excellent throughout.
Applied for the role in late July, the first round was over the zoom in mid august with a panel who had prepared questions and after 2 weeks I was invited for an On-campus interview (FYI, Travel expenses are not provided).
The interviews are okay, nothing difficult, if you know your stuff you'll do okay. But the communication is horrible, I had no communication from them whatsoever. Till they officially onboarded a person, they will not inform you about the status of your application. After months of me asking me about the status of my candidacy, all i got is we're still interviewing or we have not concluded hiring. Finally in December I got to know that the position is filled only after I saw on the job portal. No feedback later.
