Rhode Island College interview questions

Applied for the role in late July, the first round was over the zoom in mid august with a panel who had prepared questions and after 2 weeks I was invited for an On-campus interview (FYI, Travel expenses are not provided). The interviews are okay, nothing difficult, if you know your stuff you'll do okay. But the communication is horrible, I had no communication from them whatsoever. Till they officially onboarded a person, they will not inform you about the status of your application. After months of me asking me about the status of my candidacy, all i got is we're still interviewing or we have not concluded hiring. Finally in December I got to know that the position is filled only after I saw on the job portal. No feedback later.

Tough, Had to get writing samples done in 24 hours. Felt like the process was geared towards someone already in mind, and this was just a show fof interviewing other people.
