Awful internal communication, Takes weeks sometimes months to get feedback from HR and to progress to the next stage. I am aware of a few people in my network that have had similar experiences with RheoSense - my advise would be not to waste your time interviewing with RheoSense. There are lots of other opportunities out there with companies that are serious about hiring and wont mess you around
