Interview at Rheal was quite interesting. It consisted of following rounds. 1. SQL written test. 25 questions 2. .Net written test (Multiple choice) 50 questions 3. .Net Interview by experienced person 4. SQL Interview by expert 5. Interview by senior project manager

There is written test on the SQL Basics, both subjective and objective followed by a technical interview round with the senior people and managers mainly on DotNet/Asp.Net and Sql Server.
