Interview
Overall, I really enjoyed the process of interviewing for this position. I was given the opportunity to really elaborate on my experience and showcase examples. The hiring team had a very clear structured interview in place and made me feel very at ease throughout. My final stage interview involved a presentation task, which I enjoyed and was able to find more around the role responsibilities.

Can you talk us through any difficulties you have had hiring niche roles in the past? and if so, how you overcame this and improved the process?
phone interview - progressed to presentation - the presentation had to be submitted before hand then was discussed as a questioning tool during the interview. it was a very broad brief of presentation and there were a further 2 interviews suggested after making it a time consuming process
