Rexco Equipment interview questions

About two minutes into the phone interview, it became clear why there are multiple open positions. The interviewer had not reviewed my resume and repeatedly asked about experience that was clearly outlined. While the conversation remained polite, the lack of preparation raised concerns about the hiring process and overall investment in candidates. Ultimately, I decided it was not the right fit and viewed it as a learning experience.
