I had set up a contract through a third party relationship. The VP took me to lunch and asked if I would like to work as a consultant, then full time employee regarding recycling programs.I said yes. I had to wait for their quarter to end ,Then I started.

They knew my back ground in the business. They asked my opinion on how to approach towns and private businesses for recycling.Since they knew my background in recycling, it was just a matter of a start date.
