I interviewed at RevolutionParts (Arizona City, AZ) in Jan 2026
Interview
Interview went well. It was one hour of talking about my resume and how the company operates. Overall it was a positive experience. Interviewer was friendly. It was the first round after the HR round and it was not super technical and more about getting to know me.
Phone screen followed by technical and personality exams. If you pass, more rounds of screening are scheduled. The recruitment team is very open about their process and honest about their expectations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you helped improve marketing ROI for a client?
Took me through 5 rounds of interviews, made me an offer, then retracted it immediately because "the CEO didn't want to hire anyone without a bachelor's". The recruiter or anyone else during the process could have saved us all time by filtering me out from the get go. Clearly, the CEO thought that if I'd had two more years studying poetry, I'd be a better fit for their random tech job.

Question 1
I interviewed 1 on 1 with someone from every team I'd be interfacing with in the position.
