Calls at 6am, emails in the middle of the night. They made me feel guilty during each interview, always highlighting how great they are, having only the best and most motivated ppl. And that they only work 9 hours per day.

Recruiter round followed by a consulting style case study. The case involved a business problem requiring structured analysis, a clear recommendation, and a written or verbal presentation of findings. Very standard.
