Highly unprofessional - I submit my CV and cover letter. Get invited to an interview with the recruiter. She asks me right away when I would be available to start. I tell her the same date that I stated in my application. She says oh I am afraid we cannot consider you then, that is too late. I mention that I stated this date in my cover letter and she says "sorry to have wasted your time then".
Given that I spent quite some time not only applying but also preparing for the interview, I find this highly unprofessional and easily avoidable. Clearly, my cover letter has not even been skimmed (neither before inviting me, nor before the actual "interview").
Very disappointing
At least 4-5 stages and by stage four your pretty much like are we going to continue repeating ourselves here? Good experience seems like a competitive environment to work in that will push you to improve.
The interview process felt like a tick box exercise to the Management team who interviewed me, they were sitting in open offices with a lot of background noise which was super distracting. They were very disinterested.

Question 1
I was required to research companies that would be a good fit for the solution and go into a lot of detail in a very short space of time while they looked on and watched what I did. It was very tough to concentrate.
Rapide, mais pas assez détaillé au vus des entretiens à préparer et des questions posées, les profils sont très établis de base déjà et donc compliqué de se retrouver dedans et avoir sa chance
