Interview process:
The process consisted of two steps:
1 A quick and straightforward HR screening call focused on background questions.
2 A technical interview with the MLRO, a team member, and the Team Lead.
The entire process was conducted in English.
My Experience:
While the initial step with HR went smoothly, the technical interview was highly disappointing due to the MLRO's behavior. The interviewer appeared rude, visibly disengaged, and repeatedly disconnected from the video call. I was not even given the opportunity to introduce myself properly, as they seemed to have already made up their mind within the first 5 minutes.
This lack of professionalism and basic respect for a candidate's time reflects poorly on the company's internal culture and leadership.
