SHL test was and screening was fine. Problem solving was quite difficult, they do provide some materials for you to prepare before hand.

Hard core interview process, very direct interview and conversation. not bad but just be very prepared for the conversations you'll be having with the staff. Might be question and answer format and not very conversational style.
Applied for the position and 2 days later getting email that I didn't perform well enough in their aptitude test and they won't move forward with my application. However I never received any invitations to any tests so not sure where they got my "results". If they do not see the potential in my profile, could just say that and not lie about some test results
