The initial screening interview went well and the hiring manager was great to chat with. Afterward, I was directed to set up an official interview. Despite confirming the date and time of the virtual interview, the interviewer y did not show up. After 20 minutes, I reached out, and got a curt reply asking to reschedule, with no apology. I offered an alternative date and time, and never heard back. It's been a week and I still haven't heard back from the company or with an offer to reschedule an interview.
