Easy. Its a panel interview with the team and management. They are very casual. Just ask you about your experience on your resume. They will ask you to go into detail on your experience that pertains to the job itself.

First a phone interview then a in person 4 person interview. Upon reflection i'm relatively certain it was a fake interview. Meaning they already had someone picked out before I walked through the door. During the phone interview I was told I had the most experience then any other applicant and I honestly don't think I could've performed better during the in person interview. From the start the interviewers all seemed like they didn't want to be there. Barely any eye contact during the 30 minute process. Plus there seemed to be some confusion on the position I was interviewing for.
