Only made it through to the hirevue screening round, I don’t remember all of the questions, just that the first was the dreaded “introductory yourself” question. I always have an issue with the open ended ones, so this one was especially awkward for me.
Interview process was a standard behavioral interview for the first round. The hiring manager goes through your resume and how your previous experiences relates to the role, asking questions about previous roles.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Revance Therapeutics (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very long process, over 3 months in length, made it through multiple interviews, no follow ups to let candidate know where they stood in the process, ghosted in the end. Horrible experience in regards to the company and how they treat employees.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Odd and irrelevant questions were asked during one interview, "If I look back on myself during college, how would others describe me." "What was my fondest memory of college."
