Starts with a phone call from GM. GM will ask you about yourself and why would be a good fit. Once you're successfully screened, interview 1 is with GM. Basic sales questions asked. For example how would you deal with an irate customer. Can you handle persuasive selling? Tell me about your sales experience. Interview 2 is with GM and CEO, this one is a treat. For me the CEO showed up 20 minutes late and acted like a pompous ****. CEO asked whether I preferred experience or money, asked if I would work extra overtime hours without pay and bragged about how much money he's made with his app. Complete joke.
