      Client Success Specialist Interview

      28 Feb 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Reunion Marketing

      Interview

The initial phone conversation, which was actually done by another employee than the one who initially scheduled the interview with me (without alerting me to the change prior to the call), was akin to sitting through a behavioral interview question interrogation--the interviewer asked me a series of impersonal questions back to back, and didn't respect the length of the interview because he took an extra ten minutes. When I inquired about the recent negative reviews of this company on Glassdoor, I received a patronizing response about the purpose of Glassdoor and how he doesn't actually use Glassdoor or know what the reviews said. At that point, I knew that I didn't want to pursue my candidacy here; I appreciate and respect transparency and honesty more than anything else. After the interview I withdrew my candidacy, yet still received an email several hours later informing me that they wouldn't pursue my candidacy. I think I dodged a bullet.
