      Front Desk Agent Interview

      22 Jul 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Brooklyn, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Retro Fitness (Brooklyn, NY) in May 2015

      Interview

Simple and straight to the point. They were short staffed and need a capable individual with minimal skill sets. Any one can get this job fresh out of high school. You'll basically sit with the manager or assistant manager as they explain expectations and requirements. You may be asked a few questions about your employment history and motivation to work at the facility and if you have had any serious health ailments or injuries. But they don't require much skill, just basic understanding of cash handling/cashier (to which they will train on) and the ability to left somewhat heavy items.
