Interview in person with multiple heads of departments all at once after call/email to schedule. Multiple questions by different department heads and they try to figure out where you would fit best if you are right for the company.
HR interviews you first then the head technician. They can usually hire you quickly and make decisions quickly. Interviews are short and to the point. It was straight forward and honest
