Easy, not as selective and seem to hire anyone. But they seem to relax to be honest. But a bit long. They just mainly ask experience and driving record info.

Contacted for in person interview and met individually, with 2 managers.
Discussed previous driving experience. Also, discussed customer service with passengers and local area, traffic, and following safety rules for the road, including pre-trip vehicle inspections.
