Restek interview questions

Interviewed with multiple people. Took hours to get through the whole process. I don't understand why it's so lengthy just for a CSR. Would not interview there again. Total waste of time.

Their hiring process makes no sense. They take 2 weeks to read your resume. 2 more weeks to set up multiple interviews, you also have to take a personality test. Very long and drawn out process. They rather ask personality questions during the interview rather than how your experience would contribute to the company. People have already found better jobs waiting a long time for a reply from them, or they don’t even tell you that you didn’t get the job. Or you have to reach out yourself and ask for updates.
