Horrible Experience. The interviewer did not speak english. He skyped me but I was on the only one with a camera on. 3 weeks later after follow up emails they never reached back out to me.

Interview
It was a typical interview where they asked you about yourself as well as any leadership experiences you may have had! I had a good time talking to HR as it was very insightful hearing about the company as well.

What was the greatest challenge you've had to face as a leader?
the first interview was asking few simple questions about myself, and my views to the company and the industry. The second phase was case study, give you a real topic, you give solutions as a decision making leader

It was very long, took me a month to get through the whole process. The interviews were not as daunting / intimidating, everyone was very nice and receptive. I would say to learn about the QSR industry before you interview
