The interview process was relaxed and professional. I felt like I could be my self and they appreciated what I had to offer. If I lived in the East Bay the position would have been ideal, but traveling to Berkeley from San Francisco would have been difficult especially with three school-age children. Overall my interview experience was awesome and the organization is doing amazing things in the affordable housing realm.
