I sat with the HR director and 3 team leaders in one of the conference rooms. Each of them asked various aspects of my experience and "what would you do in this scenario" type questions.

What would you do if you walked in to a day program to visit the person on your caseload, and he or she immediately reacted negatively to your appearance and said they didn't want you as their CCS anymore?
