Interview
Interviewer was late and had had to message to change the time right before, and to bring someone in for an interview, you should check their resume. If you feel like they don't have enough experience then don't waste our time. Making us follow up with you to get a rejection to be told that you went with more experienced candidates is something you could of done by looking at the resumes you had. Not respectful of my time at all
It was a fairly standard interview process. The first stage was a screening call that lasted about 15 minutes and focused on my background and experience. The second interview was with the Team Lead and lasted around 30 minutes, with a more in-depth discussion.
It was a great experience—clear, straightforward, and well organized. Everyone was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout each stage of the interview process, which made the experience feel professional, welcoming, and efficient from start to finish.
