very straightforward. by the time they're interviewing you, you basically already have the job. it's basic onboarding stuff, like are you cpr certified, criminal history, etc. super easy, super chill.
It’s an easy straight forward process with simple typical questions especially if you already have a background in healthcare it’ll be a lot easier. Come with your ID and your social security card and your diploma.

Apply, they call you for a phone interview, answer a few screening applications. Come into the office to start onboarding. You then begin a week long training period before actually do the job specifics.
