Scheduled 2nd phone interview, but the interviewer never call nor answer the call/return voicemails I left, it’s a waste of time, not professional and no courtesy at all, don’t schedule any interview if you are going to ignore the candidates

Two phone interviews. First with a recruiter for 30 minutes. Second with hiring manager that lasted 30 minutes. Wanted to know personality style of management and auditing skills and writing style.

Had to interview with a recruiter, the hiring manager, and then related operations personnel. Some of the interviewers were disinterested, and were only there because their HR department required it.
