The recruiter invited me for an interview with the "Engineering Manager", this manager had little knowledge about technology, he asked some soft technical questions, but constantly interrupted while I was offering my answers, he did not seem to know what I was talking, showing also poor empathy and energy during the entire call
The interview finished after 30 minutes, the "recruiter" never contacted me again for any type of feedback, not even the ones that are basically a template, which shows a poor level of professionalism
I do not recommend at all applying to this company, process like this would suck your energy with little rewards at the end
