The interview process was straightforward and included three stages. It began with an initial screening conversation, followed by a second interview with the branch manager. If selected to move forward, the final round was conducted with the Regional Vice President for that branch.

It was not difficult. They ask lots of questions on how you would handle customers and things of that nature. For the most part, they want to know what kind of worker you are.
