I applied on line for a master in production and exploration during one year before you could join the company,they contacted me by phone for a short interview they and english test online and a personality test,then they contacted the finalists for an interview in madrid,we did another english and IQ test,than a group interview where we had to simulate a meeting and finaly a 1:1 interview,they never call me back

what's the must complicated problem you had to deal with
Te llaman desde rrhh, un primer cribado por tlf en el cual te preguntan tu experiencia anterior. Posteriormente te envian por correo un test de inglés tipo test y listening seguido de un test IQ.
Tras realizar el proceso inicial, no contestan durante muchos meses y al cabo de casi 1 año llaman por teléfono e informan que se ha pasado el primer proceso y que la siguiente entrevista es en menos de 3 días.
