I had a phone interview and then a lengthy assessment. After the assessment, they asked me to come in for an in person interview, but I was not based in NY, so I had a video interview with different team member. After that, I did not hear back for a few weeks. Finally, after my second follow up went unanswered, they told me they would not be moving forward. They would not explain why.

The interview was badly organized and the person interviewing me didn't understand my technical background. It was a frustrating interview overall and ended quite quickly. I would recommend for screening they at least include people who understand the role and relevant skills needed.
