First was an email from a recruiting representative requesting a time to have an initial phone call. The phone call was about 15 minutes with some questions back and forth, mostly describing the role and asking about my interest level in that. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire that was emailed and about a day after completing the questionnaire I was asked to come in for an in-person interview.
Next was an on-site interview that had a tour of the facilities (which really hit home for me on how much the company truly does) and then I sat in one of the large meeting rooms. I spoke with two people from inside sales at first in the interview, then shadowed one of the other Inside Sales reps, then met with the Inside Sales manager for a debrief.
I received a follow up call a day or so later requesting a final interview and at the final interview I met with two more people from the outside sales team, then finally with the owner of the company (who was very humble, funny, and also smart). Later that day I received a call from the Sales Manager and the Owner offering me the position.
