I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rent-A-Center (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
It was a typical interview first with manager then with district manager. The second interview was more intense than the first one. Be prepared to answer a variety of questions a little more outside than the norm questions asked.
Interview process was long but informative. Many promises made during interview were broken however. Make sure to ask as many questions as you can because information will be hidden from you.

The interview went smooth and they were very knowledgeable about what the role is and what was expected. They gave a breakdown of day to day operations and were very interested in why I wanted to join the company.
