Interview process is unnecessarily long, a on the phone interview then in-person then working with the staff for one day then finally a interview with the president. They ask you all the interview questions you could think off and they are behavioral test type of questions.

There were 2 phone interviews and one in person interview. They took a couple of weeks to make a decision, which I felt was a good sign that they wanted to hire the right candidate for the job.
