After applying I received an email asking for a 15-minute phone call with a recruiter. The interviewer was friendly and started off by saying that this initial contact was very casual and was used to discuss my qualifications and the general position. In the end, I did not have the experience that this specific facility required: working in a SNF. I appreciate their honesty and being upfront about it. Pleasant conversation overall.
