The interview process had several phases:
forum phase - 2 tests and a interview with RH and management
interview on site - RH and management, visit of the site
It's is very manageable and beginner level of interview. If you had basic knowledge in testing you can crack it. Levels of testing. Sdlc and agile methodologies and stages of testing regression testing sanity testing
