There were 4 stages: a screening call, a technical interview, and 2 culture fit interviews with leads from different departments. The technical interview had many questions about RAG, although the current focus of their AI team seems to be AI Agent integration in their platform, so it's unclear why so much emphasis was placed on RAG. I made it through all stages only to be rejected at the end, which was quite disappointing, especially given that the process took over a month, with weeks-long gaps between some stages. On top of that, some interviewers were based in significantly different time zones (China, Japan), meaning their calls had to be scheduled either very late at night or very early in the morning CET, which is not great for an already lengthy process. On a positive note, they did keep in touch throughout.
