Email communication was fine. Setting up the interview was easy enough. We did some programming on a white board and I was given a logic test. I was interviewed by two people in separate interviews. I was introduced to a bunch of employees. It was a pleasant-enough interview. The main problem I had with the whole process is that they never contacted me to let me know that they weren't going to give me an offer. I found that very unprofessional. Other than that, it was a decent interview process.
