The interview process took 4 weeks from the initial contact through completion since it was over the holidays. Situational interview questions. "Tell me a time..." type questions. The interview process was fine, however it was the conclusion of the process that was impersonal. After a call with HR, an interview with a manager, an interview with a director, you would think that if the answer is no we won't be moving forward that a phone call would be the professional route or at least a personal email from the initial contacting party. I sent a personal follow-up email to the HR contact about 1 week after the 2nd interview and 9 minutes later received the generic automated no thank you email. The lack of personal care and professional shown to potential candidates in this job market is sad. If someone takes hours of their schedule to engage in interviews, where is the decency to tell them no personally or at the very least respond via email to that person. To send an automated "No Thank-You" after having spoken to and met the person is unprofessional.
